Care & warranty: Keep the inner boxes closed and stored flat until you need them; dropped pencils can fracture the core inside the barrel, which leads to tips that keep snapping. Unopened inner boxes are returnable within 30 days of delivery, but an opened box of sharpened pencils is final sale.
