We handle every question by email, so you always have a written record of what we said and when. A real person reads each message and replies within one business day, and usually sooner during support hours.
Email is the fastest way to reach us for anything: a question about a product before you buy, help with an order that is on its way, a return, a quote for a school, or a billing question.

This is our mailing address for written correspondence. It is not a returns address and not a retail store or showroom, so please do not send products here. If you need to return something, email us first and we will send you return instructions and the correct return address for your item.
Questions About an Order
To help us answer in one reply instead of several, please include:
- Your order number (it is in your order confirmation email and starts with #)
- The name and email address used on the order
- The item or items your question is about
- For anything that arrived damaged, defective or incomplete, a photo of the item and a photo of the shipping box or label
If your question is about sending something back, please read our Returns & Refunds page first. It explains the 30-day return window, which items can be returned, and how refunds are issued. When you are ready to start a return, email us with your order number and we will take it from there.
Schools, Districts and Bulk Orders
Ordering for a school, a grade-level team or a district? Email support@teachingsupply.store and we can help in two ways:
- Written quotes. Send us the items, quantities and ship-to ZIP code, and we will reply with a written quote you can attach to a purchase request.
- Tax-exempt purchases. If your school or organization is exempt from sales tax, email a copy of your tax-exempt certificate before you place your order, along with the name and email address that will be used at checkout. We apply the exemption to the order once the certificate is on file. We cannot refund sales tax on an order that was placed before the certificate reached us.
