About Teach Supply

Teach Supply is a classroom-supply shop for the people who keep classrooms running: teachers, teaching assistants, school office staff and the parents and volunteers who help them. We sell the pencils, paper, art materials, storage, seating and STEM tools that a room full of students uses up every year, packed in the quantities a classroom actually needs.

The basics, in the quantities a classroom actually uses.

Our Story

Ask any teacher what they bought for their classroom last August and you will hear the same story. The school budget covered some of it. The rest came out of their own pocket: the extra glue sticks, the bins that finally made the reading corner work, the replacement scissors after the first batch went missing by October. Most of those purchases happen in a hurry, at retail prices, in packs sized for one family instead of thirty students.

We started Teach Supply to make that part of the job easier. Our catalog is built around classroom quantities: class packs of 576 pencils instead of 12, construction paper by the thousands of sheets, caddies and bins sold in sets that match a room of tables. Kits are sized by grade band and class size, so a teacher can stock a room in one order instead of a dozen. Larger bundles and pallet-sized orders cover a whole grade level or a whole building.

We keep the catalog deliberately short. Every item is chosen for how classrooms really use supplies: shared by many hands, carried between tables, wiped down, stacked, dropped and used again the next day. If a product is fussy, fragile or packed in a way that makes no sense for a classroom, we leave it out. If we can sell the same thing in a larger, better-value pack, we do.

Prices are shown plainly on every product page. There is no membership fee, no points program to decode and no surprise charge at the end. Standard shipping is free on orders over $99, and the full rules are published on our Shipping Policy page.

What Makes Us Different

  • Classroom quantities, not household packs. Counts are sized for 24 to 30 students, for grade levels of 75 or 100, and for whole schools, so you buy once instead of topping up every few weeks.
  • Honest, published pricing. The price you see is the price you pay for the product, with free standard shipping on orders over $99 and every shipping, return and payment rule written down before you buy.
  • Chosen for daily classroom use. We favor supplies that hold up to shared use, store easily and are simple to restock, and we drop items that do not earn their place on the shelf.
  • A real person answers every email. Questions about an order, a quote for a school, or a tax-exempt purchase go to a person who reads your message and replies within one business day.
A supply room that resets in minutes at the end of the day.

Who We Serve

Most of our customers are individual teachers buying for their own rooms. We also work with grade-level teams pooling an order, parent-teacher groups stocking a supply drive, school offices restocking a building, and districts that need a written quote before a purchase order can be approved. If you are buying on behalf of a school and are exempt from sales tax, email us your exemption certificate before you order so we can apply it to the order.
