These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of teachingsupply.store and any purchase you make from Teach Supply LLC (“Teach Supply,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. If you are ordering on behalf of a school, district or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to make the purchase for that organization.
Accounts
You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Products, Pricing and Availability
We work to describe products accurately, including counts, dimensions and materials. Colors in photos can vary by screen, and manufacturers occasionally update packaging or components with equivalent items.
Prices are listed in US dollars and can change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order ships. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may correct the error and cancel or update any affected order, even after you have received an order confirmation. If we cancel all or part of an order for this reason, we refund any amount charged for the cancelled items in full.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Receiving an order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted it; acceptance happens when the order ships. We may decline, cancel or limit any order or quantity, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders that fail fraud screening, and orders with shipping addresses outside our service area. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Payment
Every order is a one-time charge to the payment method you provide at checkout. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Charges appear on your statement as TEACHSUPPLY. Shipping, Returns and Cancellations
Shipping, delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which are part of these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, but we will still help resolve damaged and lost shipments as described in our Shipping Policy.
Product Use and Supervision
Our products are intended for use in classrooms, schools and homes under adult supervision. You agree to:
- Follow the manufacturer’s age guidance, warnings and instructions included with each product
- Supervise young students when they use any supply, especially items with small parts, sharp edges, blades, heat or electricity, such as scissors, paper trimmers, laminators and electric pencil sharpeners
- Assemble furniture according to the included instructions and check hardware regularly
- Keep small parts, magnets and art materials away from children too young to use them safely
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, product descriptions, photos, graphics and logos, belongs to Teach Supply or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may print or save pages for your personal or school use, but you may not copy, republish or sell site content without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, use automated tools to scrape or overload it, or submit false information or another person’s payment details.
Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in a product description or our policies, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teach Supply LLC and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teach Supply LLC from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the site or products or your violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Orders placed before a change are governed by the Terms in effect when the order was placed.
